About Christopher
Everything that I do I put 100% of my effort into it and will not let you down anywhere along the way. I like to get my clients out of their head and into a mindset of "I can do this".
What I enjoy the most about the work that I do is seeing the accomplishments people make when they take back their health and push their bodys past what they ever could imagine.
I started out with just looking at my surroundings and noticing the decline in health and fitness from everyone around. I want to use this as a way to not only help people achieve their goals but also educate them on why it's important.
Certified Personal Trainer through ISTA. I've shadowed and have been mentored by personal trainers. I have a background in Martial Arts, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu and have spent a lot of time training for OCRs for the last couple of years.
