About Dustin
Kaplan Personal Training offers a vareity of services including; boxing, personal training, group training, massage therapy, corrective exercise / physical therapy, sports-specific strength and conditioning, and olympic weightlifting.
We work with clients of all ages, ranging from middle school athletes to 85 year old retired recretional golfers.
All of our trainers are highly certified with NSCA, NASM, or ACSM backgrounds with a minimum bachelors degree with the health and fitness field.
BS in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine (Ohio University)
Strength and Conditioing Specialist (CSCS) - NSCA
Sports Performance Coach- (USAW-2)
Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)- NASM
Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) - NASM
USA Boxing Judge / Coach (USAB)
