About Michael
I will make sure you actually learn the "Sweet Science" To boxing.The Footwork and stance or body positioning in any aspect of training. Technique is essential in boxing training. Proper technique is impossible without a proper foot work and stance.
Boxing is a fun dynamic sport. Its alot of cardio but I love it. I'm currently training to fight. I love to teach new students and I'm patient.
I was personaly trained by a exfighter.
