About Omar
Sports in general are a reflection of how we work, achieve and perfect from within. I teach individual progression for team achievements. Whatever level someone is on, there is always room for advancement. Skill and Knowledge = Athlete.
Watching progression, identifying weak points and self assestments to the highest point of return.
Coached AAU basketball and many soccer teams as well as trained boxing, fighting techniques. Also played semi pro football for 3 different positions.
Played all sports, acheived many things with great teammates and coahes. My knowledge now is here to help give what I can for their greatest potential.

Last 2 soccer teams I coached won the championship. Sparred against the golden glove cahmpion when I was boxing.
