I started doing martial arts at the age of 5, when I became a young man, I began to teach at my martial arts school. This opened doors for me to step into the seat of a teacher.

First, it starts with a deep heartfelt conversation. We need to be crystal clear on what goals we are achieving together. Whether it be weight loss, muscle building, improving athletism, building confidence, learning Martial Arts/BOXING, or incorporating something "new".
We do a FREE assessment measuring body fat, muscle mass, water weight, and BMR.
Discussing any injuries and looking for any physical weaknesses to convert into strengths.
Sincerely speaking....everyone! From the pro-MMA fighter to the person who's never stepped into a gym before. I've worked with the elderly, disabled veterans, and children as young as 3 1/2.
