About Christopher
Compact Health & Fitness is a company program that was conceptionalized through my life's experience. From Athlete, Father, Wellness Coach, Business Management, Paramedic, High Angle Rescue EMS, AHA Trainer, College Student, Failures and successes and wanting to help. We all have a story and we are all different so our company works on your nutrition, wellness and fitness customized to you. Not a cookie cutter program but very thorough "you" program!

Get all the details on the type of training or lessons they would like and make sure to answer any questions clients may have. We can come to you and supply all the equipment even produce and nutrition supplements if needed. We work with those who need help with financing or just need certification training in CPR / First Aid training / or BLS for Health care providers.
