About Johann
My name is Johann Kassim. I come from a mixed background of British and Malay. Hence, I've had a lifetime of over 40 years traversing two languages , I.e English and Malay as both native speaker. Therefore, I can understand and empathise with my students, the problems faced during studies and with such empathy, provide a compassionate class with an easier approach to the tough concepts in language learning. I also have a BA (Hons) in History from the National University of Singapore and Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Western Australia [Perth], which equips me to teach History and Geography as well.
