About Iago
I am a Sport Scientist and Physical Education teacher from South Africa. I am an avid traveler living abroad, currently residing in Malaysia for 2 months. I live and breathe the health and wellness lifestyle in the following ways: jogging regularly; doing weight training regularly; practicing yoga, gratitude, and meditation daily; and following a vegetarian diet.

My main teaching technique is to adapt to students - making it suitably challenging but not overwhelming, with constant instructions/ support throughout. I also specialize in gratitude/ meditation for depression/ anxiety relief. I guarantee that sticking to my guidelines will yield desired results mentally and physically.
