My name is Amirul. I'm a boxer from Selangor. I've been in boxing for around 2 years, and I'm good at fitness because I've learned and done a lot of fitness during my younger years until now. My profession right now is in the medical field, so I can also give you a proper diet meal schedule with proper organization.
