About Lieske
I am a friendly and dedicated yoga teacher based in Brighton, passionate about helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected in their bodies. My classes are welcoming and adaptable for all levels, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. I aim to create a supportive space where students feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged to grow at their own pace, whether they are complete beginners or more experienced practitioners.

My teaching methodology is centred on intelligent, personalised movement combined with breath awareness and mindful presence. I do not follow a one-size-fits-all class structure. Instead, each session is designed around your body, experience level, and current physical and mental state, ensuring a safe, effective, and truly individual practice.
A typical lesson begins with a short check-in to understand how you are feeling physically and mentally on the day. This allows the session to be adapted in real time. We then move into gentle warm-ups to mobilise and prepare the body, followed by a tailored sequence of postures focused on your specific goals, whether that is strength building, flexibility, posture correction, or stress release. Each session includes guided breathwork to enhance focus and regulate the nervous system, and concludes with a grounding relaxation or meditation to integrate the practice.
My approach combines structure with adaptability, allowing progress without pressure. I focus on helping students build awareness, confidence, and long-term resilience in both body and mind, rather than simply achieving short-term flexibility or fitness goals.
All sessions are held in-person and adapted entirely to your needs, with an emphasis on safety, progression, and sustainable results. I teach a wide range of yoga styles, excluding hot yoga due to facility limitations.
