About Grace
Hi All, this is Grace here! Happy to know you all. I have been in the yoga journey for 10 years and still going on. I started to learnt yoga because I had struggled for the back pain and uneven scapula which caused I have bad sleep everyday. Hence, I decided to start my journey and it improves my strength, flexibility, coordination and range of motion. And since yoga promotes relaxation, improves circulation and reduces stress and anxiety, it enhances cardiovascular health and benefits the respiratory and nervous systems. In a blink of an eyes, I have with this journey for 10 years and I still love it everyday!! You must not miss this out
