About Muhammad
My name is Muhammad Hussain, a dedicated professional with a robust academic background in economics and statistics. I hold an MPhil in Economics from the Applied Economics Research Centre (AERC) at the University of Karachi. Prior to my research studies, I earned a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Karachi and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Economics, and Mathematics from Karakoram International University. This academic foundation has provided me with deep expertise in Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and Microeconomics.
In terms of professional experience, I have developed strong pedagogical skills through four years of teaching. I served for two years as a lecturer at the BS level at Government Boys Degree College Skardu and spent an additional two years providing home tuition for I.Com students. Beyond the classroom, I am a certified Research Analyst recognized by the Web of Science Academy for maintaining excellent citation behavior. My professional profile is further strengthened by various certifications from LinkedIn Learning and Coursera, specifically in the areas of data analysis, AI Prompting and AI Ethics.
Technically, I am highly proficient in data analysis and research management tools. I have extensive experience in the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process and am skilled in using specialized software such as Stata, EViews, and Excel for complex econometric modeling. To support high-quality academic and professional writing, I am also an expert in reference management using Zotero and Mendeley. My combination of advanced quantitative education, teaching experience, and technical certifications allows me to approach research and data analysis with both precision and ethical consideration.

My lessons are designed to bridge the gap between theoretical economic models and practical data application. Having taught at the BS level and worked as a Research Analyst, I understand that students often find subjects like Econometrics and Statistics intimidating. My goal is to simplify these topics using a step-by-step approach that builds your confidence and technical proficiency.
Every session is tailored to your specific academic needs. Whether you are preparing for I.Com exams, tackling complex Economics modules, or working on your thesis, we will focus on the areas where you need the most support. For students interested in quantitative research, I offer specialized training in the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process and the use of industry-standard software. We will dive deep into Stata, EViews, and Excel to ensure you can perform advanced econometric modeling and data interpretation with ease.
Beyond the numbers, I prioritize academic integrity and professional presentation. I provide hands-on guidance on using Zotero and Mendeley for reference management, ensuring your citations follow the highest standards of the Web of Science Academy. My teaching style is interactive; I encourage questions and use real-world examples to make every concept relatable. By the end of our sessions, you will not only understand the material but also possess the practical skills to excel in research and professional data analysis.
