About AIMEN
I am currently completing the third year of a BA (Hons) Primary Education with QTS degree.
I have level 1 training in Makaton which helps to provide a medium for younger children, children with English as an additional lanugage and also childrn with Special Educational Needs.
I have spent half a year in Switzerland exploring varying teaching methods used that are effective and produce high quality results. I have a vats knowledge and understanding of how children learn and being 21 myself, I know exactly how to make lessons egaging and interesting for students.
I have 27 weeks of direct experince with children aged 3- 16 and this helps to ensure I am familar with current education qualifications and assessments.
I have been a private tutor for 7 years and know what works best for children. :)
I received 10 GCSEs all graded A-B (with English, Mathematics and Science being an A).
I received a B in A- level English.
Prior to commencing teaching i will get to know the student for their unique self and draw up a plan of what works best for them and the ways in which they best learn.
I also ensure we have established some realistic goals for which they want to achieve and discuss the steps in progression needed to be made to ensure we reach these goals.
I am well- equipped to engage all minds! - Not only do i strive to ensure high grades and development but I make it a personal goals to promote a real love for learning! :)
