About Dharshini
I am a recent BBA graduate from Women's Christian college in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Among other forms of exercises, I've always been attached to yoga in specific. It calms my mind, body and thoughts. And I also stay active for the day ahead.
Recently, I realised women during and post pregnancy need yoga more than most of us.
So, I've been learning unique techniques and methods especially for them. ( Special thanks to Isha yoga centre )
