About Siobhan
I enjoy hearing students ideas, perspectives, interpretations. I believe teaching should not only be someone telling students what they should do, but having an open relationship with discussions, ideas and opinions. Every student has a unique way of thinking and applying knowledge and I believe it is my job to encourage this independence and discovering ways in which they can critically apply their unique ideas.

I am extremely enthusiastic. I believe any subject should be looked at from different perspectives. This inevitably enables us to understand the role the specific subject has in the world and how it can interlink with others i.e the relationship between poetry and art. There is a whole world to grasp and try and understand and I believe in order for this to happen, we need to lookat it with an open mind, ready for nee interpretations.
