About Jered
Hello everyone! I'm Jered, a first year Chemical Engineering student at Imperial College London.
Achieved A* in Maths, Biology and Chemistry throughout GCSE and A-Level.
In my opinion teaching others is the best way to consolidate one’s own knowledge, therefore I am excited at the prospect of working as a tutor and sharing the methods I used to achieve top grades at school.
I have a strong passion for STEM and this will definitely reflect in my engaging lessons!

Structured and engaging lessons taught in a three step format. Lessons start with detailed explanations on curricular content, this is the time where students build core knowledge on the subject. Following this, short videos are shown to offer an alternative perspective. Finally, lessons end with exam style questions for students to gain familiarity and exam practice.
Generally lessons are 1 hour, split in the 30:10:20 ratio of content, video and exam questions.
Capable of teaching from primary school up to A-Level content (Ages 4-18).
6 months experience as a math tutor with Mathnasium, and a few months freelancing as an A-level science tutor.
