I am Fitness Athlete and i am willing to train and teach the beginners and the intermediate Clients and the athlete who want to achieve their fitness goals.
At the same time i will be glad to do counseling to the people who are depressed or demotivated to to do the things or having tough times in their life.
The best way to train and to motivate others is to give personal attention, keep the records and to appreciate them on the small things at the same time to give small targets which will result into achieve the big goals that is the technique.
I have done some part time counseling and teaching in some of the graduate Colleges and the students have performed better and have seen the changes in those students. Also helped many people in achieving their fitness goals by guiding them and by training them.
If the travel is far to teach the student then the rates will include the traveling expenses.
