About Simba
I am passionate about all things active!
I have been in the gym since a young teen and have made staying active part of my lifestyle for a long time. Whilst my teachings will mainly focus on the gym, nutrition and habits, I also have a keen interest in combat sports and hiking - which a few months ago led me to mountain climbing in the Himalayas!
My lessons like myself will have a relaxed approach however I am strong on accountability and will hopefully keep you on track.

I offer lessons mainly aimed at beginners / intermediates for those looking to get in the gym.
Weather your goals are to slim down, put on muscle or overall improve how your body feels, I will cater a bespoke plan just right for you.
Initially we will have a 45 min consultation free of charge, from there I will create a plan based on your requirements. Including but not limited to; gym programme, meal planning with macros and establishing habits.
