About Hanim
I have always been obsessed with fitness and overall well-being. I was a highly competitive swimmer so I was so used to training about 6 times a week in the pool and 4 sessions in the gym. I also just love both running and cycling. I have also done Cross Training, yoga, waterpolo, cross-country and so much more.
I’m just obsessed with being able to move my body and feeling healthy both in my mind and body.

I have a different way of thinking about fitness and training… every individual is different and needs difficult training to get to active their goals. Fitness shouldn’t be all about sweat and sometimes tears but it should be about moving your body and loving what you doing.
