About Cassandre
A former high-level boxer, sport has always been an integral part of my life. Today I take pleasure in learning how to offer you tailor-made sports coaching, adapted to your needs and your availability to share with you my love of sport and food, on which I am learning more every day. [ N] Indeed, for me sport must be fun and give a smile, it is a watchword for the development of each of my sessions. I therefore make it a point of honor to exchange as much as possible with my coachees to adapt the training to your desires and tastes to have a great time together.

If you are motivated to embark on the adventure, here is what I suggest.
After an exchange in order to best define your desires and objectives whatever they are (Fitness, Weight loss, Soft recovery physical activity, Muscle mass gain, Functional or proprioceptive training ...), I will set up a training plan to best respond to it and each session will be composed of:
- a complete warm-up to prepare you for the effort and optimize the session
- a session body to work on your objectives
- then a stretching to recover from the effort provided and discuss around the session
All over 1 hour of session.

Cassandre est récemment diplômée mais j’ai senti déjà une bonne expérience et une bonne maturité, elle connaît très bien son domaine et sait de quoi elle parle.
