About Jake
I am passionate about teaching, performing, and mentoring the next generation of musicians. With over 40 years in the music industry, I have led and worked alongside musicians in virtually every professional setting, including touring with diverse bands, recording film soundtracks, television commercials, and voiceovers, and performing across all musical styles. I have taught at a music conservatory, guiding students in all facets of music, including music direction, conducting, and professional studio musicianship. My leadership experience allows me to mentor students not only as musicians, but as professionals—helping them develop discipline, confidence, and the mindset needed to succeed in real-world musical environments.
