About Jenna
I am graduating ASU in the fall with a Healthy Lifestyle Coaching & Fitness Science degree. Even though I have not been certified as a health coach, I have an incredible thought process and coaching ability that has helped many. I absolutely love and focus on a holistic approach toward all things health, whether that’s emotional, physical, spiritual, intellectual, social, occupational, or environmental. I am also a professional dancer and fitness has changed my life. I graduated from the Joffrey Ballet School and currently am a freelance artist and teacher. I have experienced addiction and depression which I have overcome and am excited to help others grasp true freedom through lifestyle & behavioral change.

Jenna has taught me ballet and jazz. She is such a great teacher, I have loved working with her and have gotten a lot better.
