About Raffaella
I am the founder of Seeds for Kids, a London-based organisation that promotes food taste education. I create customised projects for independent primary and secondary schools and I am Health Education Partner of the NHS Change4Life campaign for state schools in central London where I have worked with hundreds of children and young adults. I am a speaker and conference moderator for local and international institutions, such as the Embassy of Italy in the UK and Washington DC USA and Gess Dubai, and a lecturer of the St Mary's University of Twickenham, promoting healthy eating habits for a more sustainable planet. I sit on the board of directors of a voluntary cultural association that provides scholarships for young talent in London in the fields of art, literature and music. I am Italian, born and raised in Milan, I lived in New Zealand and the United States and since 2015 in London. Graduated at Leiths Cookery school in Nutrition in Culinary Practice, speaker for Institutions and Universities. Founder of Seeds for Kids, I create healthy eating education projects for children in Primary and Secondary school in central London. I believe that everyone must learn to eat everything, especially genuine, healthy and sustainable flavours, and must be encouraged to appreciate the broad biodiversity the planet has to offer. For this reason I teach everyday cooking as well as fine dining cooking for guests... because yes, cooking is an everyday duty, but also fun and creativity when it comes to hosting a dinner!

Italian
Taste Education lessons: I offer bespoke sessions to parents and carers to educate children to eat healthier with the taste education approach. You will learn how to teach your child to eat everything! Healthy Cooking and Nutrition lessons: I provide online and in-person healthy cooking classes with sessions on balanced nutrition and meal planning, based on the Mediterranean Diet and Italian Culinary tradition. My aim is to teach you not only to cook from simple fresh ingredients, but how and which food helps your body to thrive. You will learn the basics of nutrition with the practical execution of what is the best food for a healthy mind or what to eat during sports days or to reduce stress, and much more, based on your specific needs.
