About ALIsha
Hi, I’m Alisha!
I have several years of experience teaching children. I’ve worked as an online tutor as well as taught at an academy, with most of my experience being with younger kids.
I especially enjoy helping children build a strong foundation in English whether it's reading or writing or phonics.

I teach children from the early stages of learning English — including kids who are still struggling to read and write — up to around 11 years old.
Classes are usually 1.5–2 hours, depending on the child and what they need.
My teaching is personalized to each child. I first understand what works best for them, and then build on that. Some children need more one-on-one attention, some learn better through working together and interactive teaching, while others are more independent and do well with guidance and support.
I also use simple techniques, tips, and memory tricks to help children understand concepts and remember what they learn — especially when preparing for exams.
