I give 1-hour lessons from beginners to advanced, individuals or small groups. Every session needs to start with stretching so that we don't get injured. Also, you will see that after stretching, the exercises feel easier and softer. Then we move to the flexibility (or strength) exercises and we complete the session with some more stretching.
My name is Evita, I am from Athens Greece and I moved to Brighton to study Finance at the University of Sussex. I started Acrobatic Gymnastics when I was 4 years old and this sport has been my life eversince. I wanted to give a bit of what I have learnt in these 16 years to those who are interested in improving their flexibility and build their strength.
