About Sylvie
I’ve been helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies since 2004. Starting as a private instructor and earning my personal training certification, I later expanded my expertise with certifications in Pilates, yoga, and barre. With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, I take a holistic approach to movement, blending strength, mobility, and mindfulness to create well-rounded, effective workouts. My teaching style is supportive, detail-oriented, and mindful. I emphasize proper form, breath, and alignment to ensure safe and powerful movement, whether you're looking to build strength, enhance flexibility, or recover from injury. Every session is designed to meet you where you are while helping you progress with confidence. Beyond the physical benefits, my approach encourages mindfulness—bringing awareness to movement, fostering resilience, and inspiring a deep connection between body and mind. My goal is for you to leave each class feeling empowered, refreshed, and more in tune with yourself. Let’s move with purpose, strength, and joy—together.

Classes are tailored to each individual and offer a complete full-body workout. Starting with a warm-up, moving onto building heat and strength, ending with a cool-down and stretch. You will see progress very quickly in every class. I weave pilates, yoga and some elements of ballet into my programs so that you can benefit from each modality in a most balanced and well-rounded approach!
