I am a pre-med graduate from central Florida with a history in coaching adults and adolescents. I have been a coach for health, sports, and academic success. I have personally benefitted from coaching in time-management, stress reduction, and interpersonal communication skills.

I think an educator should work to engage the class from beginning to end. Discussions are needed for critical application of the material and questions should be encouraged. I like to outline course goals and topics of focus before introducing individual concepts. I am sure to end sessions with reflection on how we can better integrate these lessons into our daily lives.
