About Jamie
I am a fourth year medical student and I have a real passion for tutoring. It’s not always easy to understand straight away what you learn in school. Somethings take time to make sense. I get that and have been through that. Therefore, I have always wanted to help students who are in the same situation like I was. All it takes is one to one teaching to make that complicated concept seem not so hard anymore, which is what I am best at doing.

I use PowerPoint lessons to create informative but interactive lessons. From these PowerPoints I use a variety of multimedia, activities and most importantly past paper questions to reinforce learning. Lessons are tailored to the needs of the student, therefore, progress can be seen immediately. Typical lessons last for an hour but can be more or less depending o the student’s needs. I have been tutoring for a long time from online tutoring with MyTutor, in person tutoring at the Leeds Tutorial College and classroom teaching from Project International. I teach students from primary school all the way to A Level.
