About Karan
I simply love movement because I was a kinesthetic kid and I sucked at academics. I believe it is a privilege to be born human and to experience what the body is capable of. To move freely, express yourself physically, live pain-free and continuously discover new abilities is something I deeply value.
What keeps me passionate about this field is that the journey never truly ends. If you learn to squat, you progress towards a split. From a split to a pistol squat. From a pistol squat to a dragon squat. The same applies to body control! I teach you how to do from a crow pose to a headstand, from a headstand to a handstand. There is always another level of awareness, strength, mobility and control to explore.
Hence I love what I do and I will make sure I take my handstands with me till the end of time. Earning skills with your body is genuinely one of the coolest things ever.

My classes combine active strength, mobility, calisthenics and martial arts inspired movement to help people build strength, flexibility, posture and long-term health. I focus on your small muscle groups which when taken care of allows you to live pain-free.
I have trained in Yoga Alliance certified programs in India and traveled to China to study martial arts and movement under traditional teachers while living and training in a monastery environment. My work and teaching style are deeply influenced by both Himalayan and Shaolin philosophies of discipline, movement and balance.
I currently work between India and Switzerland, teaching students from different backgrounds through online and in-person sessions focused on mobility, flexibility, strength, stress reduction and longevity.
My teaching style is calm, disciplined and beginner-friendly while still challenging for advanced students. Every session is adapted to the individual and designed to create real, sustainable results for everyday life.
