About Marissa

I enjoy working with children and young adults of all ages and I really enjoy teaching. I have facilitated a boy with Asperger's Syndrome and have learnt through this that I enjoy working with children who have learning abilities. I also find great joy in seeing how my students progress and knowing that I was a part of their journey.

About the lesson

I believe that anyone can be taught anything as long as they are given the correct guidance and are treated with respect. I also believe in creating an environment where the students feel safe. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans and I'm able to communicate subjects in original ways.
