About Jack
I have been teaching in Asia for a decade. I've taught Economics to international high school students in Shenzhen and have taught Business English to finance professionals in Hong Kong. I've also taught the economics component of the CFA exam. I also help a lot of university students who need emergency support for exam retakes or to prep for finals. I am now based in Taiwan!

My lessons are focused on interactivity and drilling. We work through practice questions and problem sets and I support you by explaining the theory while relevant. You don't have to sit through a boring lecture, we just start working and I explain to you how to answer the questions. My students have been able to earn full marks on their international exams and go on to some of the top universities in the world following this Hong Kong style method of interactive tutoring in a relaxed but productive environment. I have a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary and have been teaching economics in the South China region since 2017.
