About Tom
Hello everyone,
I am Tom, passionate about fitness for ten years, I worked in the main chain of gyms in Luxembourg mainly but also in Belgium and Spain.
I recently graduated in personal training as a sport coach from the Physical Coaching Academy in Brussels, which certifies level 4 from the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPS). I am also certified by the American National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
In addition to my passion for sport I am IT engineer and well placed to know how difficult sometimes it is to find the motivation and the time at the end of the day. I am therefore ready to help you and accompany you towards a regular activity.

We begin our first meeting with a posture assessment, and discuss expected goals. Depending on the first results, I establish an evolving program with regular reassessments to compare the results and gradually go through the stages of getting back into shape.
The course consists of a warm-up with dynamic stretching, core training, balance, speed, agility and resistance training.
The course is intended for all people wishing to get back in shape, improve its quality of life, increase its immune defenses, and any goal of muscle building to mass gain.
