About Victoria
Hello, my name is Victoria. I am a TEFL-Certified English teacher from Canada who also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I love to travel, go on hikes, meet new people and discover new cultures. I have three years of English teaching experience. My first two years were spent teaching in Italy, and since returning I have taught both online and in-person lessons, with a focus on accent coaching and accent reduction. I became fluent in the Italian language during my time there, so I can relate to and empathize with anyone who is trying to learn a new language! I'm passionate about both learning and teaching languages, and I can’t wait to help you on your learning journey.

My passion lies in creating personalized lesson plans to help each and every one of my students make the most of their learning journey. This means using information such as your personal goals, objectives, areas of strength and difficulty, and learning styles to create a lesson that is tailored to your needs! I have three years of formal teaching experience, the first two of which were spent teaching students of all ages and levels in Italy. Courses taught included Cambridge exam preparation classes, Trinity exam preparation classes, general English classes and conversation classes. Since returning to Canada, I have spent the last year doing online lessons with a focus in helping students reduce their foreign accents, as well as in-person tutoring. So, whether you'd like to learn English to further your career, to ace an exam, or for personal fulfillment, contact me and we can work together to help you accomplish your language goals.
