My teaching style involves adopting a cool, calm and collected approach in order to engage the young mind, this makes for what I believe to be the most effective and beneficial learning mechanism. With 6/9 A*-A in my GCSE’s and 3 A-C in my A levels, alongside being young and eager, I believe myself to be an ideal candidate to help students through what can be a difficult embark through their A level or GCSE experience. I aim to break down the subject according to the students exam board specification, meeting clear deadlines as to when to complete each topic area; this makes for specifically pinpointed teaching without any confusion for the learner and to make sure the student is fully comfortable, this makes for a efficient space to learn in. previously having helped children with special educational needs, I’ve developed a large amount of patience and understanding of how to help and cater to whatever type of learner the student may be, making them feel as comfortable as possible, maximising grade potential. Also creating a safe learning space where the student can feel confident enough to let me know what I could do to improve their lessons if need be!
