About Sohit
I am a friendly and enthusiastic Medical Student at Norwich Medical School, with a previous degree in Biomedical Sciences. I have 4 years of tutoring experience, and my qualifications provide me with a strong background in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. As an individual that has personally benefited from tutoring, I understand the positive impact good tutoring has on students. I aim to develop confidence and inspire curiosity in the topics I tutor. I find interactive lessons most productive, as tutoring is 1-to-1, students can engage more and ask questions that they may have been afraid to ask in school.

A typical tutoring session would be structured as shown below (with variation depending on the number of students and topic difficulty), I find this structure effective and efficient in nearly all my students however I often adapt it to the students' needs. 5-minute Warm-Up: questions/reflection on the previous session work or discuss important themes relevant to the current topic A brief overview of key concepts, answering questions, and identifying weak points Worked example Student answers exam-style questions with help of the tutor, open book if necessary
