About Leo
I am an enthusiastic Saxophone tutor with 8 years of teaching experience and a record of training around 150 students successfully. My mission is to make learning the saxophone structured, inspiring, and enjoyable.
My teaching methodology includes strong focus on fundamentals such as breathing techniques, tone development, articulation clarity, and finger accuracy. I also include scales, rhythm exercises, and music theory lessons to build a complete understanding of music.
I introduce students to various musical styles including jazz, blues, classical, and modern genres. This helps them become versatile musicians. I encourage improvisation to develop creativity and confidence.
I create a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated and comfortable. My goal is to help students grow into confident performers with strong technical skills.

I teach Saxophone using a disciplined and progressive methodology centered on Communication, Accountability, and Integrity. I begin with breathing exercises and long-tone practice to build a rich, controlled sound.
As students improve, I introduce scale mastery, articulation techniques, rhythm training, and musical interpretation. I clearly explain how each exercise contributes to technical and expressive growth.
Weekly structured goals maintain accountability and steady progress. I review performances carefully and provide honest suggestions for improvement. Integrity guides my teaching, ensuring patience and dedication.
In addition to Saxophone training, I teach Music Theory, Jazz fundamentals, Ensemble skills, and Stage Performance preparation to support well-rounded musical development.
