About Mayank
I am Adv. Mayank Saini, a practicing advocate and legal educator with a strong academic foundation and hands-on courtroom experience. I hold an LL.B. from the University of Delhi and an LL.M. in Corporate & Commercial Law, with a First Division. Alongside litigation, I have experience teaching Law through platforms such as Unacademy as well as offline classrooms. My teaching philosophy is simple: Law should not be memorized—it should be understood and applied. I combine classroom concepts with real cases, courtroom practice, drafting, arguments, evidence and litigation strategy to make legal learning practical, engaging and career-oriented.
