About Jeffrey
For the last year I've been traveling around the world visiting different countries while teaching an ethics class online for a college in West Virginia. Before that I taught a college course in Michigan. Before that I was an elected official and ran a small government in Michigan. Before that I taught English online for a few years. Before that I took a trip to Africa and ended up very sick after being poisoned and left for dead. While trying to recover I had many health issues with my digestion, heart, breathing, headaches, balance, and memory loss. It turns out I have spinal deformities which were causing brainstem damage. I used meditation to manage the pain, and found that it solved my emotional issues as well.

You can't think or talk your way out of bad feelings. You have to learn to feel your way through them. Luckily, you're already made to be able to do this. You just have to remember how. I've been practicing meditation for a decade. I spent two years with an employee experimenting with how to best teach people meditation to process emotions, and we developed techniques that work for everyone, including you. We start small and expand step by step.
