About Sophie
I'm a 21 year-old student called Sophie. I am studying English Literature and Linguistics, which I have found to be extremely interesting and rewarding throughout my three years at Lancaster University. Currently, my favourite module on my course is studying Urban-Gothic literature, which I would absolutely recommend researching! As cliche as it sounds I highly enjoy reading, I try to read at least one book a month outside of reading for my degree. However, I am heavily interested in films, specifically psychological films, alongside painting and drawing.

I would provide private online lessons in whatever you need help with, e.g., writing, reading etc.
The lessons would be an hour long; two hours if requested. I would require information in what needs teaching but then I would tailor lessons towards these needs. For example, if you needed help with essay writing I can create a set of small essay questions to do together within the allotted time or if you need help with spelling I will create some spelling exercises for us to go through together. Additionally, I would be able to create 'homework' type work to be done before the lessons, however this is optional.
I have experience working in a primary school, helping planning lessons, and have tutored my brother through his GCSE's and alevels. I would be happy to tutor anyone from primary school - college/sixth form, as that fits with my experience prior to this.
