About Alex
This is my first time officially tutoring, though I've always taken a tutoring role towards my family members, friends, and coworkers. I grew up with a mother who loved science, especially space/atmospheric science, so you can imagine I grew up reading space atlases, books about when Dinosaurs lived and how the Earth's crust worked. When I got to high school I found a true passion for the studies of genetics and chemistry. From there on, I decided as long as I was doing work under those fields, I'd be happy.

I like to start off seeing what you know and assessing your understanding. From there I can provide you a "mini-lesson" to give you a better understanding of each topic at a time. Once the basis of knowledge is formed, we will walk through problems (provided or from your lessons/homework). I will teach you easy ways to remember steps to problems, the easiest process to find your answer, and anything else you might need!
