Gail Astbury Art tutor highly experienced - Art and Design tutor with Gail

Mrs Gail is a fantastic art teacher with years and years of experience as a one-to-one tutor, as an art teacher at the top London primary school and running her own art club. She has been working with my children during the last three years and helped to develop hungry and confident little artists. Mrs Gail has been great at introducing and exploring in depth a very diverse range of subjects and techniques from pencil to clay, collages, pastels, watercolour and various sculpture techniques. I especially appreciate that even with small children she always manages to incorporate into her lessons stories about the history of art and discussions about current exhibitions. She is very well organised, patient and adjustable, can easy maintain children’s concentration throughout lessons and is always over-prepared.

Gail Astbury is a flexible, imaginative and experienced teacher able to work with adults and children alike. She has worked with a vast array of media and materials producing artworks in different social contexts. Her long teaching experience and great enthusiasm make her a very versatile and reliable tutor.
