About Ruslan
Over the course of my professional career I have designed, developed and released multiple games as an individual and as a part of a bigger collective. I have worked with multiple game engines, programming languages and platforms and some of the tools I have developed are utilized on Movie (Virtual Production) sets. I have degrees in Computer Science and Art and am familiar with both sides of Game/Software Development. To me sharing my knowledge is not a chore or a profession, it is a passion and I love sharing my experience with people.
I am very open to other cultures as I've lived in 12 countries and visited many more.

I usually cater the lessons to an individual, discuss and set goals of what the student wants to achieve and try to make it as fun as possible.
Such as:
- learn a programming language,
- develop a game,
- learn about Game or Movie industry's techniques or software,
- learn shader programming.
Then depending on that goal I break it down on required components to achieve that and adjust as we go.
I usually provide fun examples of what to expect as an end result. I also believe in constructive honesty and prefer my students to receive truthful feedback, so they can succeed with ease later.
