About Cecil
I have always enjoyed teaching and the dialogue with students. Although I am the 'qualified expert', learning is never one way. One to one sessions make demands on both teacher and learner in terms of concentration but I have always maintained a pleasant atmosphere in which progress in understanding and performance is commended and there is a shared determination to achieve success.

One hour sessions, each based on a programme of topics agreed in advance, creating a 'pathway' to the exam. Can deal with current issues the student may wish to raise, new material or reinforce, deepen and strengthen understanding of topics already studied and capacity to answer potential questions. Illustrate with 'model' answers.
