Duration : 10 weeks - Price : £17.00 - Place : Walsall (WS3 1BA)One of the texts for The 19th Century Novel ( part of the GCSE ENGLISH LITERATURE) is Frankenstein. Depending on what school you attend will depend on which text you are studying. You may not be studying Frankenstein, please check your school syllabus, or speak to a member of the English team to find out if you are studying this choice.
This module will be a group, online seminar style module.
We will cover the following areas : Social, historical and cultural aspects of the novel, identifying the theme, understanding the theme, analysis of text, looking at plot, characterisation, events, settings, inference, evaluation of the use of author techniques and more.
This module will be based on the GCSE English Literature specifications from the AQA Examination board.
It will run over the course of 10 weeks, attendance of every session is important.
