About Geetha
Starting something doesn’t always mean you’re unprepared; sometimes, it simply means you’re refreshing and renewing yourself. That’s how my yoga journey is unfolding. I invite you to join me on the same journey I began a few years ago.
I focus on safe, progressive, alignment-based practice rather than extreme flexibility.
I am Geeta, a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator (Level 3, YCB), ardently waiting to share the knowledge I have gathered throughout my journey.

I take group and in-person online classes which include comprehensive sessions of prayer chanting, asanas, pranayama, and much more.
Batch:(Monday - Friday)
Morning:5am to 6am(group class)
Evening: 5 to 6 pm (group class)
Kids batch:6pm to 7 pm
Price: 60/-per hour

Perfect! Geetha Madam is a highly dedicated yoga teacher. She designs personalized classes based on the health conditions of her students and carefully tracks their progress as well as any difficulties they face in practicing yoga. As her sessions are tailored to my health conditions I have truly benefited from her classes.

One thing I would specifically mention about Geeta ma’am is how comfortable she makes you feel as a beginner. I started with zero experience, but her simple explanations and patient guidance made it easy to follow along.
