About Md Ehtesham
Hi, I'm Ehtesham, a Gen AI Engineer based in Bengaluru with over 5 years of professional software development experience.
I currently build AI agents, RAG pipelines and LLM-powered applications at Accolite. Before that, I was a Senior Software Engineer at LTIMindtree, where I led full-stack enterprise projects with React, Node.js, NestJS, Python and MongoDB, and integrated Generative AI into real business products. I started my career as an intern and grew step by step through several developer roles, so I remember exactly what it feels like to be a beginner.
That is why I love teaching. I explain concepts in simple language, connect them to how things work in the real software industry, and help you build confidence by writing code yourself. Beyond the syllabus, I can share practical tips on projects, coding interviews and starting a career in tech or AI.
I hold an engineering degree from Gargi Memorial Institute of Technology (GMIT). I teach in English and Hindi.

My lessons are practical and project-based. Instead of memorizing syntax, you learn by building real things: a website, a game, a chatbot, or your own AI assistant.
Who the classes are for:
- School students (K-12) starting with coding: Python or JavaScript fundamentals, logic and problem solving
- College students and beginners: data structures, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js), APIs and databases
- Learners curious about AI: how LLMs work, prompt engineering, building RAG apps and AI agents with Python
A typical class:
1. Quick recap of the previous lesson
2. A short, clear explanation of the new concept with live examples
3. Hands-on coding together, where you write the code and I guide you
4. A small exercise or mini-project to practice before the next class
Every plan is tailored to your level, pace and goals, whether that is school exams, college projects, interview preparation or building a portfolio. Classes are online, interactive and patient, and you are always encouraged to ask questions. I also share code, notes and resources after each session so you can revise anytime.
