About Zsuzsanna
I am a masters student at the University of Sheffield, specialising in genetics and microbiology, with additional interests in biochemistry, biomedical science, and neuropathology. I have an A-level in biology, chemistry, and psychology, and during my university degree I worked for GlaxoSmithKline for a year. I also have teaching experience, and I am very keen on passing on knowledge to our future scientists!

My teaching follows a vocal and visual format, in which notes and information can be dictated vocally along with diagrams. I partically find that engaging conversations surrounding ethics or scientific controversies allows students to find passion in their subject. My methodology for "homework" is creating a graphical abstract (a summary-based diagram of events), as this forces students not only to learn the information, but to understand the concepts. Lessons would be structured in a lecture-style (i.e. vocal teaching), with questions asked throughout, followed by a discussion.
