I received an A* in GCSE geography and an A at a level and am currently working st a 2:1 level at a Russel group university. My teaching methodology involves breaking everything down into blocks. I feel it is extremely important to break a topic up into separate sections so you're able to fully understand them individually before putting them all together to understand the full thing. This is especially useful in understanding geographical processes in both human and physical geography. We will go at the pace that's comfortable for you! I don't like to put time limits on my teaching, all I care about is that you understand what you're learning and that you feel confident putting your knowledge into action
I am a second year geography student at the University of Nottingham predominantly focusing on human geography. I have an extensive background in drama and working with children, which makes me extremely friendly and approachable! I have not tutored before, but I'm very interested in going into a teaching career after university, as I am passionate about geography and would love to be able to share it. I'm an extremely patient, friendly and understanding person, which would make me ideal for a tutoring role.
