Methodology
I ensure that units and lessons are well-planned and that they have clear aims and objectives. This enables pupil's to track their progress in relation to where they are and where they should be.
I also like to ensure that the style of my lesson and level of work is pitched appropriately to the pupil's individual needs.
Experience
I am a secondary school Geography Teacher with 6 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about my subject and thoroughly enjoy helping pupils to grasp key geographical concepts and ideas.
I have taught KS3 Geography and also prepared pupils for GCSE, AS and A-level examinations. I also have experience in marking A-level papers for CCEA and therefore know exactly what examiners are looking for in answers and how to achieve the best grades possible.
