I am Nmeregini Chiawolam Susan by name, from Abia State Nigeria, I am currently a teacher, a lecturer, a researcher in Abia State Polytechnic Aba, born in Keffi Nasarawa State but an Abian by state of origin. Speak English and Igbo fluently. Love traveling and meeting people, reading, writing, and staying in quiet place, I love to teach these subjects because of passion for our complex environment, as GIS aids in solving earth-related problems.

Geographic Information System is a computer-based system for mapping, acquiring, processing, analyzing and disseminating geographic phenomena that exist on earth's surface. In summary, it solves earth-related complex problems, answering the question of where, when, what, how, what if (prediction of future occurrence). It is a multidisciplinary course. It has its method of acquiring data, mostly data that can reference and social survey (spatial and non-spatial data), and this differentiates it from other information technology.
